During the mid-19th century, seven breweries within the city of Dortmund, Germany began brewing beers in the same manner, resulting in what has come to be known as the "Dortmunder" style.

INGREDIENTS

American Two-row, Carapils and Belgian Caravienne malts. Cascade and Hallertau hops.

FLAVOR

This smooth lager strikes a delicate balance between malt and hops in the aroma, palate, finish and body. It has more body and less hops than a Pilsner, and less malt and more hops than a Munich style lager.
