Brewed from four natural ingredients - malted barley, hops, yeast and water - the beer subscribes to the German Reinheitsgebot established in the 12th century. The brew is a Bock-type beer which is a name given to beers in Germany containing an extremely high alcohol content. To cater Australian tastes, two strengths are produced, 7% and 5%.
