This is distinctive in its chocolate-brown colour, which makes it particularly attractive. Topped by a stable, whitish froth, it has a slightly fruity, apricot-like scent that comes from the fermentation. A slight hint of bitterness gives this a refreshing taste with a silky feeling on the tongue.
