Mac's rich, amber hue and full-bodied flavor begin with roasted, domestic caramel malt. Its sweetness is then tempered with genuine Cascade hops, which are added again at the end of the boil for a distinctive, citric-floral aroma. When beer lovers say "Gimmee a Mac's!" it's understood they want a great-tasting, smooth-drinking ale.
