The abbey says "unfiltered and unpasteurised, brewed by a layman in the right wing of the abbey." Golden with a white head with fine lace, clean and malty with warm caramel toast and dry finish. Made with Pilsen malt, Hallertau-Hersbrucker and Saaz hops.
