Rockville Rye Ale is a unique creation developed by our brewers which utilizes 15 % rye malt, flaked rye and flaked oats. The combination of these grains with the barley malt offers a slightly heavier malt complexity than normally found in a light copper ale. The grainy rye flavors emerge from the interesting sweetness and are balanced nicely against a spicy hop finish. As this years "ABC classic" beer style, our brewers renew their commitment to provide a new and exciting brew each year for our loyal customers.  Â

The Rockville Bridge, the centerpiece of the Appalachian Brewing Company logo, is located just north of Harrisburg. This railroad bridge is the worlds longest stone arch bridge and continues to provide railroad passage over the 1 mile wide Susquehanna River.Â
