In my opinion this is the best Bulgarian beer. It is the first and still the only Bulgarian Bock beer. It has a solid salty taste that reminds me of a soy-bean sauce...but that's just me... The recipe for Stolichno is prepared by Bulgarian and Dutch brewers from Zagorka and Heineken.
