This refreshing Wheat Beer is styled after the famous “wit bier� or white beer of Belgium and similar to the German “wiess biers�. It is light yellow in colour, and during fermentation takes on a white appearance. Holgate White Ale is based on a special combination of wheat and barley malts. It is low hopped and therefore non-bitter, with a hint of citrus and spices – which all combine to make a refreshing and easy drinking Ale, perfect for summer conditions.
