A bone-dry beer with intense hopiness, it is all the same refreshing and thirst-quenching. Pours with a golden yellow hue, it is hazy with a lovely hop aroma and a head of tight, prickly bubbles. Would go well in any season, with spicy foods and/or cheddars or hard cheeses. Very good, I think.
