Brewed since 1999 in Ireland
7.0 % alc. vol.
Grain: Pale ale malt, Crystal Malt, Torrified Wheat, Chocolate Malt.
Hops: Fuggles, East Kent Goldings, Nugget, Galena, Liberty Hops.
A deep copper coloured brew, offering the beer connoisseur the complexity of flavour expected from thrice hopping and longer fermentation, leading to a fruit character from both the late kettle Goldings and yeast fermentation flavour, balanced by a soft bitterness, malty sweetness and full floral aroma of Fuggles dry hops.
Use it, don't abuse it.
