Biere du Boucanier – is triple fermented bottle conditioned Golden ale produced and bottled by Brasserie Icobes, B.V.B.A. Evergem, Belgium.

Biere du Boucanier - is a traditional unpasteurized Belgian bottle conditioned ale, brewed with the highest quality of ingredients and careful selection of light Dutch malt. Hops from Bavaria and the Czech Republic as well as the addition of different top fermenting yeasts and pure water give Biere du Boucanier an excellent genuine quality and extraordinary character originating from an all-natural process. This ale has a primary fermentation at the brewing stage; additional yeast is added prior to placing in holding tanks for several days in a temperature-controlled room where second fermentation occurs.

Biere du Boucanier - is then bottled, additional yeast is added for the third re-fermentation which gives this ale an intense and vigorous, richly malted as well as fruity and refreshing taste. The yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle could be consumed with the ale, if so desired.

Biere du Boucanier - is a full-bodied, golden blond in appearance with a white and compact foam. In spite of its high alcohol content it has a soft delicate flavor making it very easy to drink and appreciate without leaving the consumer with troublesome effects. This ale is brewed to 11% abv.

Biere du Boucanier - is available in 11.2 FL.OZ. (330ml) crown caps and 25.4 FL.OZ. (750ml) that have the distinctive champagne cork and cage finish.

Biere du Boucanier - is wonderfully refreshing on its own or as a perfect complement to strong cheeses and desserts.

Biere du Boucanier ages well and has a shelf life up to 2 years from date of purchase.

Serve chilled at 55 degree F (12 degree C)
