New Body: The brand has developed its packaging design over almost a century and the new launch reflects Double Maxim`s ability to appeal to the needs of today`s consumer. It is still available in a 550ml (1 pint) bottle, and they are now all non returnable. The bottles are available in shrinkwrapped trays of 12. It has been researched with regular and new drinkers and we hope you like it as much as they do!
Old Heart: Double Maxim is still brewed to exactly the same recipe and product specifications as it has been for over sixty years.Following extensive taste tests and trial brews, it is now brewed and packaged at Robinsons Brewery, a traditional family-owned ale brewer. All production and packaging is monitored closely by Jim Murray, the ex Vaux head brewer and he has been brewing Double Maxim since 1968!! He works closely with the team at Robinsons Brewery to ensure our precise product specification is achieved.
Same Great Flavour: Apart from relying on Jim`s and our own taste buds, we have used traditional Double Maxim drinkers (including members of the old Vaux Brewery taste test panel) to ensure we have recreated the same great flavour for your continued enjoyment!
