Celler Urtrüb started out as a hobby by the brewers, who earn their money with the production of ingredients for other breweries normally. It quickly gained a fan base in its home town Celle though, and today sells quite well but still only regionally.
It has a smooth, pleasant taste and distinctive look because it's nott being filtered. It's also free of preservatives of any kind, and hence should be consumed in a few months from purchase. Which shouldn't be a problem, because most who try it love it, and also because no-one I know ever got a headache from it. ;-)
