Main dark beer produced within the very heart of a Trappist abbey, Blue Chimay is distinctive, above all, in its very character of a strong beer. This is a product whose scent of fresh yeast combined with a slightly rosaceous flowery touch is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived on sampling in the mouth, only serves to heighten the pleasant sensations perceived in the scent, at the same time revealing a slight and enjoyable caramelised type note.
