Unlike many contemporary lagers, Upper Canada Lager employs the traditional handcrafted lagering methods of a century ago. The result is a uniquely balanced lager of exceptional flavour: slightly sharp on the palate, but with a subtly smooth finish. Upper Canada Lager is brewed with Hallertau Nortbrau and Hersbroecker hops. Only the finest Canadian 2-row pale malt is selected for each brew.
