Two row spring barley from best plants, a special strain of yeast, "ice-age glacier" water from the Konjuh mountain spring Stupari, plus hops from the famous Hop Gardens in southern Germany are the ingredients that give Premium Crno pivo its unsurpassed quality and taste. The color of Premium Crno pivo is obtained by slow roasting the malt using a centuries-old recipe. This is a remarkably smooth beer with a light hop character and rich malty taste.
