This award-winning recipe was first introduced in 1986 as a "fall classic", Oktoberfest-styled beer. Known to "Leinie Fans" then as Leinenkugels Limited. Because of its popularity it became a year 'around brew in 1990. Today, this fantastic beer is no longer limited in name. Hand-crafted in small 160 barrel batches using four select barley malts (Caramel, Carapil, Munich, Pale) and Cluster and Cascade hops from Yakima Valley. Aged longer than most American lagers for a smooth, rich flavor and a beautiful deep golden color.
