We brew Tabernash Amber as beers were brewed during the 19th century, under the rustic brewing conditions of the pioneering West. In this uniquely American brewing process, lager yeast is fermented in open, shallow vessels at warm temperatures, followed by a cold aging in our lager cellar. The result is a beer with the warm, complex overtones of an ale, balanced by the crisp, delicate finish of a lager. Tabernash Amber--born in a time when Colorado was young!
